Event Organising Intern

About the Role

The Event Organising Intern will support the planning and execution of online and offline brand events, pop-ups, and community-focused activities. This is a remote internship role offering hands-on experience in event coordination within a fast-growing fashion brand, with opportunities to collaborate closely with the marketing and community teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate event logistics.
• Assist with vendor and partner communication.
• Help manage attendee communication and support.
• Contribute to event marketing efforts, such as drafting event content.
• Support social media campaigns.
• Engage with the community to drive participation.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for engaging with attendees, partners, and internal teams.
• Event Planning and Event Marketing skills to support logistics, promotions, and execution of brand events.
• Sales and relationship-building skills to help drive event participation and brand awareness.
• Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines.
• Comfort working in a remote environment, with reliable internet access and proactive time management.
• Interest in fashion, urban culture, and sustainability.
• Prior event or campus organizing experience is a plus.
• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field is beneficial.
