About the Role

• Remote, unpaid NIL Marketing Internship.
• Opportunity for individuals interested in sports marketing, athlete representation, and NIL.
• Interns will research NIL opportunities, brands, and target audiences.
• Keep up with trends in college sports and social media.
• Must be able to dedicate at least 10+ hours a week.

Key Responsibilities

• Help with marketing plans.
• Write outreach messages.
• Support athlete communication.
• Organize information in spreadsheets or CRM tools.
• Share ideas for marketing campaigns.
• Gain hands-on experience, mentorship, and insight into the business side of sports and NIL.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to research and find useful information about brands, NIL, and sports.
• Interest in sales, outreach, and building relationships with brands and partners.
• Basic understanding of marketing and social media.
• Strong customer service and people skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks remotely.
• Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, presentation tools, and social media.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Sports Management, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong interest in sports, athletes, and NIL.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-changing industry.
