About the Role
First Source is hiring for a Customer Support role in Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling Inbound Voice Process, Chat Process, and Backend Process.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Excellent communication skills mandatory for Voice Process.
- Ability to work in 24x7 Rotational Shifts.
- 5 Days Work From Office with 2 Rotational Weekly Offs.
- Immediate joiners preferred, up to 7 days notice period.
Qualifications
- HSC Fresher
- Graduate Fresher
- HSC + 1 year of experience
- HSC + 2 years of experience
- Candidates should not be pursuing any full-time degree/course.
Interview Information
- Interview Process: HR Round, VNA (B1/50), Operations Round.
- Interview Schedule: Face-to-Face Interviews (Monday to Saturday) between 12:00 PM and 5:00 PM.
- Location: Firstsource Solutions Limited, 1st Floor, Athena Towers, Mindspace, Malad East, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400063.
