Engineer

About the Role

• This is a full-time, on-site Engineer role based in Hyderabad.
• The role involves supporting the design, analysis, and development of aerospace components and systems.
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams is required to meet project and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare technical documentation.
• Perform calculations and simulations.
• Review engineering drawings.
• Assist in testing and validation activities.
• Work closely with senior engineers and project managers.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to relevant standards and internal processes.
• Participate in troubleshooting technical issues.
• Coordinate with manufacturing or suppliers when required.
• Support timely delivery of project milestones.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency in CAD tools and engineering design software.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Familiarity with industry standards, safety practices, and quality systems in engineering or manufacturing environments is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in engineering principles, preferably in aerospace, mechanical, or related disciplines.
• Experience or academic exposure to structural analysis, materials, and testing methodologies relevant to aerospace systems.
• Effective problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to conduct methodical technical investigations.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document findings and collaborate in cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, manage time effectively, and take responsibility for assigned tasks with minimal supervision.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Aerospace, Mechanical, or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
• Relevant internships or project work in aerospace are an advantage.
