deMasters is a creative studio specializing in branding, UI/UX design, digital experiences, eLearning, and creative solutions. We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media & Content Creation Intern to turn ideas into engaging content and help showcase our work, people, and creative process across social media platforms.

What You'll Do

• Plan, shoot, and edit Instagram Reels, short-form videos, and behind-the-scenes content.
• Create engaging social media posts, carousels, and Instagram Stories.
• Research trending formats, audio, and content ideas relevant to our brand and audience.
• Write creative captions, hooks, and on-screen text for Instagram and LinkedIn.
• Assist in planning and executing the social media content calendar.
• Capture office activities, team interactions, and creative processes.
• Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to brainstorm and execute content ideas.
• Track content performance and suggest ways to improve engagement.

Skills & Requirements

• Basic to intermediate video shooting and editing skills.
• Familiarity with CapCut, VN, InShot, Canva, or similar tools.
• Understanding of Instagram Reels, Stories, carousels, and LinkedIn content formats.
• Basic knowledge of framing, lighting, camera angles, and visual storytelling.
• Good writing skills for captions and short-form content.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and awareness of social media trends.
• Ability to take initiative, manage deadlines, and work collaboratively.
• A portfolio or samples of previous content are an advantage.
