New Grad Field Engineer I

About the Role

Skanska is searching for a dynamic Field Engineer I to start a career with a company that builds things that matter and values its team. This role will involve a variety of construction disciplines. The Field Engineer I will be given responsibility and decision-making authority, managing actively and independently those who perform manual labor, but will not be required to perform manual labor themselves.

Key Responsibilities

• Undertake a variety of construction disciplines such as Safety, Estimating, Project Management, and Operations.
• Manage actively and independently those who perform manual labor.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• A degree in Engineering or Construction Management is required.
• Requires broad theoretical job knowledge typically obtained through advanced education.
• A Background Check is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree – Construction or Engineering preferred or equivalent experience.
