About the Role
The opportunity is for an Industrial Trainee focused on Business Consulting Risk within the CHS (Consumer Products and Healthcare sectors) and CNS (Risk - Process & Controls) service lines. This role is based in Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze risk and control data using Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and lookup functions.
- Apply working knowledge of process and control frameworks to identify, document, and assess operational risks.
- Structure and reconcile large datasets in Excel to support risk assessments and control testing.
- Translate risk findings into structured process improvement recommendations using general consulting methodologies.
- Build Excel-based trackers, dashboards, and reports to monitor control effectiveness and remediation progress.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Microsoft Excel: Advanced proficiency in formulas, pivot tables, and lookup functions.
- Process and Control Frameworks: Working knowledge for risk identification, documentation, and assessment.
- Data Analysis: Ability to structure and reconcile large datasets.
- Consulting Methodologies: Understanding for translating risk findings into recommendations.
- Reporting Tools: Experience in building Excel-based trackers, dashboards, and reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science.
- Backend Development experience of 3+ years.
