About the Role
The Chemist (R&D) – MSc (Chemistry) fresher role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bhopal. The chemist will support research and development activities, including formulation work, preparation of lab-scale samples, and experimental design under the guidance of senior scientists.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform chemical analyses.
- Maintain laboratory equipment.
- Document test results.
- Follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols.
- Assist in quality evaluations of agrochemical products.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as production and quality assurance.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Laboratory Skills: Handling chemicals, preparing solutions, operating standard lab instruments.
- Quality Control: Perform routine tests, interpret data, ensure compliance with internal standards.
- Analytical Skills: Evaluate experimental results, troubleshoot issues, support data-driven decision-making.
- Research and Development (R&D): Design experiments, participate in formulation development, contribute to technical reports.
- Basic safety practices.
- Good laboratory documentation.
- Regulatory awareness in chemical handling.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately.

Qualifications
- MSc in Chemistry or an equivalent postgraduate degree from a recognized institution.
- Understanding of agrochemicals or related chemical industries is an advantage.
