AI OTT Filmmaker (Seedance/microdramas)

About the Role

GLOBELANCE is seeking an AI OTT Filmmaker for an on-site position in South Delhi. This role focuses on creating seedance/microdramas using AI tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Story Development: Develop story arcs from client loglines, including character development, conflict resolution, and episode structure.
• Screenplay Writing: Write screenplays in Hindi/Hinglish, including scenes, dialogues, voiceovers, and visual notes.
• Breakdowns: Create shot-by-shot breakdowns that are timecoded and synced to episode seconds.
• AI Generation Prompts: Generate per-shot AI prompts across tools like Higgsfield, Freepik, and Kling.
• Frame Generation: Iterate frame generation until the output aligns with the project brief.
• Visual Continuity: Track visual continuity across multi-episode arcs, ensuring consistency in character, costume, and environment.
• Editor Handoff: Prepare editor handoff packages, including shot order, grade notes, and sound briefs.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Filmmaking Experience: A background in filmmaking, whether formal or self-taught, with practical experience.
• Screenplay Knowledge: Strong understanding of screenplay writing and full pre-production processes.
• Visual Writing: Ability to write strong visual scenes that can be effectively utilized by a generator.
• AI Tools Experience: Hands-on experience with AI video and image generation tools.
• Seedance 2.5 Proficiency: Mandatory experience with Seedance 2.5.
• OTT Content Experience: Proven experience working on micro-dramas or content for OTT platforms.
