Logistics Management Internship
About the Role
This internship is located in Gwalior.
Key Responsibilities
- Inventory & Warehouse Management
- Update stock levels across sales channels using Unicommerce.
- Assist with stock reconciliation, inward/outward tracking, batch and expiry monitoring.
- Track low-stock alerts and coordinate with procurement/production teams.
- Delivery & Logistics Tracking
- Monitor daily dispatches and shipment status through ClickPost and courier portals.
- Track pickup and delivery SLAs and ensure timely status updates.
- Coordinate with courier partners to resolve shipment delays.
- NDR & RTO Management
- Monitor non-delivery reports (NDRs) and support delivery reattempts through customer follow-ups.
- Coordinate with courier partners to reduce RTOs (Return to Origin).
- Verify and update returned stock, checking for damage or tampering.
- Claims & Issue Resolution
- Assist in filing and tracking claims for lost or damaged shipments.
- Retrieve Proof of Delivery (POD) for disputed deliveries.
- Follow up on pending claims and reimbursement settlements.
