AI/ML Intern

About the Role

The AI/ML Intern role at Bluebex is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The intern will support the design, development, and testing of machine learning models and AI-driven features for client and internal projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Data collection, cleaning, and preprocessing.
• Experimenting with algorithms.
• Evaluating model performance.
• Documenting findings.
• Collaborating with engineers and designers to integrate models into applications.
• Improving user experiences through data-driven insights.
• Researching emerging AI/ML techniques.
• Contributing to prototypes that showcase innovative digital experiences.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Foundational knowledge in machine learning, data science, or artificial intelligence, with familiarity in supervised and unsupervised learning techniques.
• Hands-on experience with programming languages commonly used in AI/ML, such as Python (e.g., NumPy, Pandas, scikit-learn) or similar tools.
• Basic understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation metrics.
• Ability to research academic papers, industry best practices, and emerging technologies, and summarize key insights for the team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a structured approach to experimentation.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams.
• Enrollment in or completion of a degree program in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Exposure to deep learning frameworks (such as TensorFlow or PyTorch) and experience with version control (e.g., Git) is a plus.
