About the Role
The Express Lube Automotive Service Technician at Chevrolet West Colonial is responsible for performing vehicle maintenance to ensure customer loyalty by building trust and confidence in AutoNation for vehicle safety and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Performing vehicle maintenance work as outlined on the repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
- Communicating with the Parts Department and Service Advisors regularly to effectively manage production and Customer communication.
- Documenting work performed on each vehicle on the repair order.
- Keeping abreast of factory technical bulletins and participating in factory-sponsored training classes.
- Providing an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Valid driver’s license
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Attention to detail
- Ability to follow processes to ensure quality and safety
- Valid in-state driver’s license and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record.
- OEM (Chevrolet, GM or any other Domestic brand service technician experience is preferred)
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of experience as an express/quick lube technician.
