About the Role

We're looking for a creative freelance graphic designer who can translate ideas into visually engaging, premium-quality designs for our social media, marketing campaigns, workshops, and brand communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design engaging social media creatives, Instagram posts, carousels, stories, and reel covers.
• Create promotional creatives for workshops, events, and marketing campaigns.
• Develop visually appealing designs for LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
• Maintain brand consistency across all designs, including typography, colours, and visual style.
• Collaborate with our team to understand content, creative briefs, and campaign objectives.
• Adapt designs to different formats and platforms while maintaining quality and visual appeal.
• Incorporate feedback and deliver revisions within agreed timelines.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong graphic design skills and a good sense of aesthetics, layout, typography, and colour.
• Experience designing social media content and digital marketing creatives.
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design tools.
• Ability to create clean, modern, engaging, and premium-looking visuals.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to follow brand guidelines.
• Good communication skills and reliability in meeting deadlines.
• A portfolio showcasing your previous design work.

• Experience working with wellness, psychology, coaching, lifestyle, or personal development brands.
