Field POS Impementation Executive

About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site Field POS Implementation Executive role based in Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities

• Visiting client locations to install and configure POS hardware and software.
• Ensuring systems are set up according to business requirements.
• Conducting on-site testing.
• Troubleshooting initial issues.
• Coordinating with internal technical teams to resolve implementation challenges.
• Training client staff on POS usage.
• Documenting implementation steps and support requests.
• Providing feedback on recurring issues to improve processes.
• Maintaining regular communication with clients.
• Managing timelines for deployment.
• Supporting post-implementation follow-ups.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Hands-on experience with POS systems, hardware installation, and basic software configuration.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities for on-site technical issues.
• Effective communication and customer service skills for training and client interaction.
• Ability to manage schedules, coordinate multiple client visits, and maintain clear documentation.
• Comfort working in field environments, including retail or hospitality locations, and adapting to client workflows.
• Basic understanding of networks, peripherals (printers, scanners), and connectivity in POS environments.

Qualifications

• Relevant diploma or degree in IT, electronics, computer science, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in POS implementation, field support, or technical customer service is an advantage.
