Role: US IT Recruiter
Location: Indore, India (5 Days Onsite)
Shift: Fixed Night Shift: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST
Cab facility available for female employees
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end recruitment for US-based IT roles.
- Candidate sourcing via Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn & other job portals.
- Screen and evaluate candidates for technical & cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule client interviews.
- Negotiate pay rates/salaries and close offers.
- Build strong relationships with candidates and clients.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and update internal databases.
- Stay updated on US market trends, visa types & best practices.
