Team Lead , Quick Commerce F F Center-VAR

About the Role

We're seeking a Team Lead for our Quick Commerce Fulfillment Center operations. This role is crucial for ensuring customer orders are delivered on time and with quality. The processes at the FCs are largely manual, involving a large number of associates. A key part of this role is to mentor and guide associates to meet customer expectations by following standard work practices, prioritizing safety and quality.

This role will be based in Sonipat, Haryana only.

Key Responsibilities

• Planning and executing the launch of the Hub.
• Ramping up the site to necessary processing capacity.
• Managing end-to-end operations for a 3P operated Produce Hub on a daily basis, overseeing inbound, outbound, and ICQA operations.
• Meeting Amazon's performance & quality metrics.
• Maintaining cost targets for the site.
• Upholding safety and morale of the 3P team.
• Working with stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and partner experience.
• Monitoring site health by conducting 4M, 5S, and inventory audits for the Hub daily.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing.
• Preferred: 2+ years of customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing experience.
