About the Role
This is a full-time, onsite role for a Bakery Commis 1 / 2 / 3 at Beku's Bengaluru location.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in daily baking activities.
- Prepare various baked goods, including viennoiserie, bread, cookies, and pastries.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the workspace.
- Follow recipes accurately.
- Ensure food safety standards are upheld.
- Work closely with the baking team to deliver high-quality products consistently.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Prior experience in viennoiserie, breads, and sourdough.
- Experience in preparing a variety of baked items such as cookies, cakes, and cheesecakes.
- Skills in food preparation.
- Understanding of food safety regulations.
Qualifications
- 6 months to 4 years of experience in a commercial bakery production setup.
- Attention to detail, precision, and creativity in baking.
- Strong organizational and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Relevant bakery training or certification.
- Available for immediate joining.
