Founded in 2022, the company focuses on crafting engaging visual stories that resonate with modern audiences across diverse digital channels. Bose Works is committed to exploring emerging technologies in film and media, integrating innovation into filmmaking, digital production, and content distribution.

The Screenplay role at Bose Works is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Bengaluru Area.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop original scripts and story concepts for short films, digital series, and social media content.
• Outline narratives, write dialogue, and refine character arcs.
• Collaborate closely with directors, producers, and editors to align scripts with visual and production requirements.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions.
• Incorporate feedback from the creative team and revise drafts to meet project timelines and quality standards.
• Research trends in storytelling, audience preferences, and emerging formats to help shape compelling, platform-appropriate content.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in screenplay writing, story structure, character development, and dialogue writing.
• Skills in creative writing, script editing, and revising drafts based on feedback.
• Skills in visual storytelling, understanding of cinematic language, and basic knowledge of film production workflows.
• Skills in research, audience analysis, and adapting stories for digital and social media platforms.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with multidisciplinary creative and production teams.
• Ideally have prior experience in film, television, digital content, or media writing.
• A portfolio of produced or well-developed scripts is highly beneficial.
• Preferably hold a degree or formal training in Screenwriting, Film, Media Studies, Communication, Literature, or a related field, or demonstrate equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work on-site in the Greater Bengaluru Area and manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced creative environment.
