Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Intern to work closely with our founders and support the brand’s growing social media presence. As a Social Media Intern, you will work directly with the founders to plan, shoot, and execute social media content. You will help identify trending reels, viral formats, content ideas, and emerging social media trends, and turn them into engaging videos for our brand. This role is ideal for someone who understands Instagram trends, enjoys content creation, and wants hands-on experience working closely with founders in a fast-growing business.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the founders during video shoots, reels, and other content creation activities.
• Research daily social media trends, trending audio, viral reels, and popular content formats.
• Suggest creative ideas for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social media platforms.
• Assist with shooting videos, behind-the-scenes content, founder-led videos, and product-related content.
• Help plan and organise the social media content calendar.
• Coordinate video shoots, prepare basic shot lists, and ensure content is captured efficiently.
• Assist with editing short-form videos, adding captions, subtitles, and suitable trending audio.
• Monitor competitor content and identify opportunities to improve reach and engagement.
• Track content performance, views, engagement, and trends to suggest improvements.
• Support the team with day-to-day social media activities and creative execution.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong interest in Instagram, YouTube, and digital content creation.
• Good understanding of current social media trends and viral reel formats.
• Creative thinking and the ability to suggest fresh content ideas.
• Comfortable working directly with founders during video shoots.
• Basic knowledge of video shooting and editing tools such as CapCut, VN, or similar apps is an advantage.
• Good communication skills and a proactive, hands-on approach.
• Willingness to work from our Jayanagar office in Bengaluru.

Qualifications

• Freshers and candidates with personal content creation experience are welcome to apply.
• A strong understanding of social media trends and creativity matters more than formal work experience.

Location

Divine Hindu, Jayanagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka. This is an on-site internship and requires regular presence at our office.
