Requirements & Tech Stack
- Ability to manage end-to-end recruitment activities for night shift roles, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and time-management skills.
- Basic proficiency with office productivity tools and recruitment-related systems or databases.
- Willingness to work the night shift on-site in Ahmedabad.
- Adherence to company policies and confidentiality standards.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in recruitment, HR operations, or staffing in healthcare or service industries is an advantage.
- Educational background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
