Key Responsibilities

• Perform process engineering activities for offshore and onshore oil & gas projects.
• Develop and review process design deliverables in accordance with project specifications and applicable standards.
• Prepare and review:
• Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs)
• Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs)
• Heat & Material Balance Calculations
• Utility Consumption Calculations
• Cause & Effect Diagrams
• Process Design Basis Documents
• Process Datasheets
• Operating Manuals
• Perform process simulations using industry-standard software.
• Size and specify process equipment including separators, scrubbers, heat exchangers, pumps, tanks, and compressors.
• Support process safety studies such as:
• HAZOP
• HAZID
• SIL Assessment
• Risk Assessments
• Coordinate with other engineering disciplines to ensure process requirements are incorporated into designs.
• Review vendor documents and provide technical comments.
• Participate in design reviews, model reviews, and technical meetings.
• Support troubleshooting and technical issue resolution during engineering and execution phases.
• Ensure compliance with client specifications, company standards, and international codes.
• Support commissioning, startup, and performance testing activities.
• Prepare engineering progress reports and technical documentation.
