About the Role

Curve Design is a creative-focused organization dedicated to delivering thoughtful design and branding solutions. This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Executive role. The Marketing Executive will support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research, analyzing customer and competitor insights.
• Assist with marketing plans.
• Coordinate with internal design and sales teams.
• Create and update marketing materials.
• Track campaign performance.
• Contribute ideas to improve brand visibility and lead generation.
• Maintain consistent communication with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Market Planning and Marketing skills to develop and implement effective campaigns and brand strategies.
• Market Research skills to gather, analyze, and interpret customer, competitor, and industry data.
• Strong Communication skills for clear collaboration with internal teams, clients, and external partners.
• Sales and Marketing skills to support lead generation, conversion activities, and promotional initiatives.
• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with common marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media, email marketing, basic analytics) is beneficial.
• Prior experience in a marketing or brand-focused role, especially within design, creative, or agency settings, is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
