Entry-Level Campus Command Center Operator

About the Role

As an Operations Center Technician, you will help maintain business continuity across Epic's global campuses. This role involves monitoring real-time alerts, managing access and security systems, and overseeing building operations from the Facilities Command Center. You will identify and respond to issues using video feeds and system data, coordinating emergency responses for disruptions such as natural disasters or power outages. Collaboration with internal teams and emergency services is key to ensuring a safe environment and restoring normal operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong situational awareness and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure, real-time environment.
• Experience or interest in security operations, emergency response, or a related high-volume field.
• Openness to 2nd and 3rd shift, as well as weekend days.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area (relocation assistance available).
