About the Role
Mad Engine Global is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Licensing Submission Coordinator to support our Licensing team. This role is on-site in Burbank, CA.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and process licensing and POD submissions.
- Track approvals, revisions, and submission statuses.
- Collaborate with Licensing teams and support multiple brands.
- Ensure submissions meet licensor guidelines and requirements.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Ability to manage deadlines and multiple priorities.
- Microsoft Office proficiency, including Excel.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator experience is a plus.
- Training will be provided for attention to detail and organization.
