About the Role
CRB is seeking an energetic, self-motivated, pro-active, organized, and innovative Industrial Engineer to join our Consulting Services team. This role involves working closely with senior-level industrial engineering staff to meet client needs and executing work on one or more projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
- Simulation and mathematical modeling including discrete event simulations, process simulations, continuous simulations, and spreadsheet modeling
- Data analytics and modeling
- Lean / Six Sigma
- Supply chain management
- Schedule and production planning
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Experience with Excel-based macros
- Experience or familiarity with simulation tools (Discrete Event and Process Simulation required software)
- Coding experience or familiarity with a formal programming language
- Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma
- Experienced data modeler with knowledge of SAS, SPSS or similar tools is preferred
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Engineering
- 0-2 years of experience required
- Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or industrial process projects is preferred
- Green Belt certification is preferred
- Ability to think analytically and outside the box
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Ability to travel up to 25% (mostly domestic) as required for client development and project execution
