About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Audiologist and Speech Therapist to join our clinical team. The ideal candidate should be capable of conducting hearing assessments, diagnosing communication disorders, and providing individualized treatment to patients across different age groups.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct audiological assessments, including Pure Tone Audiometry (PTA), Impedance Audiometry, OAE, and ABR, as per clinical requirements.
• Evaluate and manage hearing and balance-related concerns within the scope of practice.
• Perform speech and language assessments for children and adults.
• Provide individualized speech, language, voice, fluency, and communication therapy.
• Assist with hearing aid selection, fitting, programming, verification, and counselling, as applicable.
• Maintain accurate clinical records, assessment reports, and treatment plans.
• Counsel patients and caregivers regarding hearing health, communication difficulties, and rehabilitation.
• Coordinate with ENT specialists and other healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology (BASLP/MASLP), as applicable.
• Valid RCI registration, where required for the role.
• Strong clinical, communication, and patient-management skills.
• Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
