About the Role

The Intern – Skills Development will support initiatives that enhance capabilities within the wind industry ecosystem. This internship role is hybrid, based in Delhi, India, with some flexibility for work-from-home assignments.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with data collection and analysis for skills-related projects.
• Contribute to documentation and reports.
• Help coordinate training sessions, workshops, or stakeholder meetings.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in engineering, management, economics, or related fields.
• Strong Analytical Skills for data interpretation, problem-solving, and reporting.
• Clear and professional Communication skills, including written and verbal interaction with diverse stakeholders.
• Sales awareness or interest, including understanding of industry outreach, stakeholder engagement, and relationship-building.
• Interest in renewable energy, public policy, or industry associations is highly beneficial.
• Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., MS Office, spreadsheets, presentation software).
• Willingness to learn new technologies.
