Battery Technician, Field Operations

About the Role

Join an exciting clean energy venture! We are replacing noisy diesel generators with clean, silent battery power at hotels, weddings, concerts, and live events. We are a young, fast-growing team, and we want hands-on technicians who love working with electricity and want to grow with us from day one.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, connect, and run battery power units at hotels and event venues.
• Ensure power runs smoothly during events and fix problems on the spot.
• Check battery health, charging levels, and connections before and after every event.
• Troubleshoot AC and DC wiring, inverters, and battery faults.
• Handle safe charging, transport, installation, and dismantling of units.
• Perform regular maintenance to ensure units are always ready.
• Keep simple records of each event and any issues found.

Qualifications

• ITI (Electrician or Wireman) or Diploma in Electrical or Electronics.
• Freshers welcome; 1 to 3 years of experience is a plus.
• Good knowledge of three-phase power supply, wiring, and load connections.
• Understanding of AC and DC circuits and how to troubleshoot them.
• Basic knowledge of batteries, inverters, UPS, or DG sets.
• Comfortable using a multimeter, clamp meter, and basic electrical tools.
• Follows electrical safety rules at all times.
• Ready to work evenings and weekends and travel when needed.
• Can communicate in Hindi; Marathi or English is a plus.
