Location: Elgin Road, Kolkata
Salary: ₹25,000–₹30,000 per month (Negotiable)
Work Timings: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
Weekly Off: 1 rotational holiday
Leave Policy: 4 leaves per month + 10 paid leaves per year
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals and targets.
- Create impactful marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Merchandise products effectively to maximize visibility and sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
- Utilize effective communication skills to pitch products, negotiate deals, and close sales.
- Ensure the smooth functioning of the store and manage backend operations.
- Maintain a strong sense of discipline and professional ethics.
