About the Role
Jodo is seeking a Jodo Ambassador intern who will play a crucial role in representing the company to clients and ensuring their satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients in a professional and friendly manner to understand their needs and provide solutions.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and project execution.
- Attend client meetings and events to promote Jodo's products and services.
- Proactively address any client concerns or feedback to maintain strong relationships.
- Assist in creating marketing materials and campaigns to attract new clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to provide valuable insights to clients.
