Job Title: Fresher - Walk-in Drive

About the Role

Mega walk-in drive for freshers.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up with payers to check claim status.
• Identify denial reasons and work on resolutions.
• Timely follow-up to prevent claims from being written off.
• Work on contractual adjustments & write-off projects.
• Achieve a good cash collected/resolution rate.
• Work in all shifts on a rotational basis.
• No planned leaves for the next 6 months.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Sound knowledge of working on Billing scrubbers and making edits.
• Calling skills.
• Probing skills.
• Denials understanding.
• MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Good communication skills (both written & verbal).

Qualifications

• Graduate in any Science Field or Commerce from a recognized educational institute.
• 2023, 2024, 2025, and 2026 Passed outs Graduates only.
• No B.Tech & BE Graduations are eligible.
• Good analytical skills.
• Flexibility for Night Shift.
• Candidates must have certificates and be graduates.
