The MBA Intern role is an internship position based in Ahmedabad with a hybrid work model.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting market and competitor analysis.
• Assisting in developing business strategies.
• Preparing reports and presentations for management.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams on projects related to operations, merchandising, finance, and marketing.
• Tracking key performance indicators.
• Collecting and analyzing data.
• Participating in meetings.
• Contributing ideas to enhance efficiency and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an MBA program with a focus such as Marketing, Finance, Operations, or General Management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with comfort working with data and creating insights.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear reports and presentations.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Familiarity with basic data analysis or visualization tools is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Ahmedabad, manage time independently, and collaborate with diverse teams.
• Interest in the retail sector and willingness to learn about store operations, customer behavior, and business processes.
• Demonstrated initiative, professionalism, and ethical conduct in academic or prior work experiences.
