About the Role

A1 Aesthetic Skin and Hair Transplant Clinic is a specialized center offering comprehensive solutions for a wide range of skin and hair concerns. The clinic focuses on detailed analysis and personalized treatment plans to deliver effective, high-quality care. Clients receive thorough consultation, diagnosis, and follow-up support from a well-qualified team of medical professionals. Advanced, USFDA-approved technologies are used to ensure safe procedures and optimal treatment results. The clinic is committed to providing consistent, A1-level service and long-term outcomes for every client. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide in-person consultations for skin and hair concerns.
• Perform clinical assessments.
• Recommend individualized aesthetic treatment plans.
• Conduct detailed examinations.
• Explain procedures and expected outcomes.
• Obtain informed consent.
• Perform non-surgical aesthetic treatments such as laser procedures, peels, injectables, and other dermatological interventions as per clinic protocols.
• Monitor treatment progress.
• Maintain accurate medical records.
• Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with the clinic’s multidisciplinary team.
• Participate in case discussions.
• Engage in ongoing learning about new aesthetic techniques and technologies.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• MBBS degree from a recognized institution with valid medical registration.
• Experience in aesthetic procedures such as laser treatments, chemical peels, injectables (e.g., neuromodulators, dermal fillers), and other non-surgical skin and hair therapies.
• Strong clinical assessment skills for diagnosing skin and hair conditions and developing evidence-based treatment plans.
• Proficiency in using advanced, USFDA-approved aesthetic equipment and comfort with learning new devices and techniques.
• Excellent communication and counseling skills.
• Commitment to patient safety, ethical practice, infection control, and accurate medical documentation.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based clinical environment and manage a structured full-time schedule on-site.

Qualifications

• MBBS degree from a recognized institution with valid medical registration.
• Additional certification or fellowship in dermatology, cosmetology, or aesthetic medicine is an advantage.
• Prior experience in an aesthetic, dermatology, or hair transplant clinic in an urban setting such as Bengaluru is preferred.
