About the Role
The HR Specialist role at Housy is about building the team that builds the company. It involves handling hiring pipelines, partner onboarding, team culture, and the operational systems that keep people aligned and accountable.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end hiring pipelines, sourcing, screening, scheduling, and closing
- Own partner onboarding documentation and verification workflows
- Build and maintain attendance, leave, and performance tracking systems
- Draft offer letters, agreements, and employment documentation
- Coordinate training and orientation for new hires across hubs
- Support culture-building initiatives, team rituals, recognition, and feedback loops
