About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, databases, & other channels
- Screen candidates as per job requirements
- Handle recruitment calls and candidate communication
- Schedule and coordinate interviews
- Follow up with candidates for interviews, selections & joining
- Maintain recruitment data and daily hiring reports
- Work towards assigned hiring targets
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Experience in candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Naukri (Resdex), Apna
- Knowledge of Banking, BFSI, Broking, or Bulk Hiring will be an added advantage.
