Senior Commercial Portfolio Coordinator

About the Role

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Commercial Portfolio Coordinator to support the day-to-day management of commercial banking portfolios. This role partners with relationship managers, credit teams, and operations partners to deliver exceptional customer service, maintain strong risk controls, and support key portfolio activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Review complex credit and loan information for companies and industries.
• Analyze commercial real estate documents, including appraisals and lease agreements.
• Support portfolio management partners throughout the credit approval process.
• Conduct credit investigations and identify potential risks or discrepancies.
• Apply established procedures and judgment to complete complex credit activities.
• Collaborate with business partners to review processes and resolve issues.
• Incorporate feedback to improve work quality and accuracy.
• Perform quality reviews and provide constructive feedback to less experienced team members.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Financial analysis experience (2+ years, or equivalent).
• Experience reviewing and analyzing loan documentation, commercial real estate appraisals, and lease agreements (2+ years).

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial banking, commercial lending, credit analysis, portfolio management, or related financial services functions.
• Knowledge of commercial loan documentation, credit underwriting, and loan approval processes.
• Experience reviewing commercial real estate documents, including appraisals, lease agreements, and financial statements.
