Business Development Associate

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Business Development Associates (BDAs) to join our Inside Sales team in the EdTech industry. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and convincing skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to connect with potential customers through cold calling and lead follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to prospective customers and generate sales leads.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable educational courses or programs.
• Explain course details, benefits, pricing, and enrollment processes to prospective students or parents.
• Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels to drive conversions.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM.
• Build strong relationships with prospective customers and guide them throughout the sales journey.
• Work closely with the sales team to improve lead conversion rates and achieve business goals.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Minimum 6 months of experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, Business Development, or a similar role.
• Experience in the EdTech industry will be an added advantage.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with cold calling, outbound sales, and target-based work.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred.
