About the Role

StreeDhana is a financial education platform dedicated to helping women in India understand investing and mutual fund distribution before they take financial action. The Management Trainee Program is an internship role based on-site in Lucknow, providing hands-on exposure to financial education, customer engagement, and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support program planning and coordination for learning journeys.
• Assist in organizing training sessions and workshops.
• Help manage timelines and documentation.
• Interact with learners and respond to queries.
• Collect feedback and support improvements in educational content and user experience.
• Assist with data collection and basic analysis to understand learner behavior.
• Contribute to communication materials that explain financial concepts clearly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth program delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong Program Management skills, including planning, coordination, and follow-through on tasks and timelines.
• Clear Communication skills, with the ability to explain concepts simply and interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
• Training-related skills, such as supporting workshops, assisting facilitators, and organizing learning materials.
• Customer Service skills, demonstrating empathy, responsiveness, and a learner-first mindset.
• Interest in financial education, investing, or mutual funds, with a willingness to learn within a regulated environment.
• Ability to work on-site in Lucknow.
• Ability to collaborate in teams and take initiative in a fast-evolving startup setting.
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Education, or a related field is preferred.
