Job Title: Sales Executive
About the Role
Location: The Marina Mall, Chennai
Industry: Sales - Marketing
Key Responsibilities
- Working towards monthly and daily targets
- Ensuring high level of customer satisfaction
- Developing and arranging promotional material and in-store displays
- Ensuring adherence to SOP at store
- Ensuring adherence to Store etiquette and store timing
- Assisting store manager in Stock Management
- Completion of all trainings within the defined timeline
Key Tasks
- Sales
- Inviting customer to outlet (Customer Approaching)
- Introducing customers to the concept of MYOP
- Demonstrating and presenting products
- Supporting the customer to identify the right perfume
- Store cleanliness and merchandising
- Stock Audits
- DSR and Daily checklists
- Placing stock request to HO
- Validating and receiving stock
- Handling, resolving customer complaints and escalating to Cox dept if required
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Excellent work ethic and time management skills
Qualifications
- Preferably graduates
- 2 year experience in retail sales with any B2C brands
