About the Role
Amrize is seeking an Electrical Engineer I under the Build For Growth program in Ballwin, Missouri. This role supports power distribution, motor control systems, and automation hardware across industrial operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in troubleshooting, designing, and maintaining industrial power distribution systems and MCCs.
- Collaborate with senior controls engineers on PLC programming, HMI screen development, and instrumentation calibration.
- Assist in the review of electrical schematics, one-line diagrams, and equipment vendor packages.
- Support electrical predictive maintenance technologies including infrared thermography and motor circuit analysis.
- Enforce NFPA 70E arc flash standards and NEC electrical safety regulations.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 0-2 years of electrical engineering experience or internship experience in an industrial setting.
- Foundational knowledge of electrical power, circuit design, PLCs, and safety standards.

Compensation & Benefits
- $75,000 - $98,000 per year (Good-faith estimated range)
