About the Role
The Freelance Illustrator internship at PULL|factor is a hybrid role based in Chennai, with some flexibility for work-from-home assignments. Interns will create digital and hand-drawn illustrations that support training materials, presentations, and visual content for learning programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop concept sketches for illustrations.
- Refine artwork based on feedback.
- Collaborate with trainers and content creators to visualize abstract ideas.
- Prepare graphics for online and print use.
- Maintain a consistent visual style aligned with brand guidelines.
- Deliver artwork within agreed timelines.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Digital Illustration tools and techniques
- Proficiency in common design and illustration software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Procreate or similar)
Qualifications
- Strong foundational art skills, including Drawing and Painting, with an eye for detail and composition.
- Ability to work with Graphics and Graphic Design principles.
- Portfolio demonstrating illustrative work, preferably including educational, corporate, or character-based visuals.
- Good communication skills and openness to feedback.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Chennai.
- Relevant coursework or training in Fine Arts, Design, Visual Communication, or related fields is an advantage.
