Role Overview

Dataseed Tech Solutions is looking for a proactive Business Development Associate to drive new business opportunities for DS Studio's creative, video production, photography, content, and branding services. The role involves building relationships, generating leads, meeting prospects, and converting opportunities into long-term client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn networking, referrals, and industry events/trade exhibitions.
• Identify and engage decision-makers across marketing, branding, CX, HR, and communications teams.
• Schedule and conduct client meetings, both virtual and in-person.
• Understand client communication, branding, and content requirements.
• Present DS Studio's capabilities in video production, photography, design, content, and creative strategy.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial quotations.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and track opportunities through closure.
• Coordinate with internal creative and production teams to develop client solutions.
• Follow up on proposals, negotiations, project initiation, and payment milestones.
• Represent DS Studio at networking events, conferences, and trade shows.
