About the Role

Unscript is a fast-growing GenAI startup that transforms how performance marketers create high-quality video ads at scale. Our AI Video Ad Agent enables brands and marketers to create social videos and video agents in real time, cutting production time from hours to minutes.

What You'll Do

• Create high-quality visuals, voiceovers, and video clips using AI-powered creative tools and precise text-to-image/text-to-video prompts.
• Demonstrate advanced understanding of AI creative tools such as Google VEO, NanoBanana, Kling 3.0, Seedance 2.0, and similar emerging platforms.
• Generate character frames using AI tools and maintain visual consistency across clips using agentic reference workflows.
• Develop detailed, scene-by-scene prompts covering visual style, cinematography, characters, lighting, emotion, and storytelling.
• Apply a director-level understanding of visual storytelling and shot composition, including camera angles, framing, camera movements, lighting, color composition, mood, and pacing.
• Use strong prompting techniques to translate creative concepts into precise visual and cinematic outputs.
• Experiment with new AI models, tools, and workflows to improve creative quality and consistency.
• Collaborate with creative and editing teams to bring concepts and brand stories to life.
• Evaluate AI-generated outputs and iterate quickly to improve quality, realism, aesthetics, and continuity.

What We're Looking For

• Final-year students, fresh graduates, or candidates with hands-on experience in AI-generated content, video, design, filmmaking, animation, or related creative fields.
• Strong understanding of generative AI tools and prompting.
• Hands-on experience with AI image/video generation tools.
• Strong eye for visual quality, aesthetics, storytelling, and cinematic composition.
• Ability to think creatively, experiment rapidly, and iterate based on output quality.
• Strong desire to learn and work in a fast-paced GenAI startup.

Bonus

• Experience in video editing, motion graphics, photography, filmmaking, VFX, or design.
