About the Role
- Work on defined set of instructions to collect ground truth data for product development.
- Perform execution and report results accurately.
- Understand procedures and guidelines for new tasks/releases.
- Perform repetitive exercises based on dynamic instructions without compromising quality.
- Use software tools for data capture and comply with organizational processes daily.
- Be comfortable with capturing results, communicating and escalating failures, providing individual status reports, and adhering to productivity and quality baselines.
- Raise all failures/doubts related to execution in the portal and close them as per SLAs.
- Own daily targets against internal and external dependencies.

Qualifications
- High School or equivalent diploma
- C1+ or equivalent fluency in English language

- Ability to follow multi-step instructions accurately
- Basic research capabilities
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills

- 2+ years of previous internship or relevant work experience
