About the Role

The Sales Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Miami, FL.

Key Responsibilities

• Greeting customers
• Understanding wireless and device needs
• Recommending suitable products, plans, and services
• Explaining product features
• Processing sales transactions
• Activating devices and service plans
• Handling returns and exchanges
• Answering customer questions in person and over the phone
• Assisting with inventory checks
• Merchandising
• Maintaining a clean, organized sales floor
• Meeting individual and store sales targets
• Following company procedures
• Collaborating with team members and supervisors to ensure a positive and efficient customer experience
