International Voice Process Executive

Key Responsibilities
- Shipment Tracking & Milestones: Providing real-time updates to international clients on the location of their cargo, estimated time of arrival (ETA), and potential delays.
- Issue Resolution: Resolving critical transit issues over the call, such as missed connections, port congestion, customs hold-ups, or damaged cargo.
- Coordination with Stakeholders: Calling foreign freight forwarders, airlines, shipping lines, and local warehouse managers to expedite shipments.
- Documentation Support: Verifying international shipping documents over the phone, including Bills of Lading, Commercial Invoices, and Customs Declarations.
