About the Role
Tech Mahindra is hiring for Investment Banking roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Support financial market operations (Stocks & Bonds)
- Perform data management, reporting, and documentation
- Provide backend support for investment processes
- Ensure accuracy and compliance in daily financial operations
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Graduation: B.Com or MBA preferred
- 0-2 years of relevant Investment Banking experience
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel preferred)
- Comfortable working in rotational night shifts
Qualifications & Preferences
- Preferable: Fresher with NISM Certification or any Investment Banking Certifications
- Strong interest in financial markets
- Good communication and analytical skills
Work Schedule
- 24/5 working environment
- Shifts starting from 12 PM onwards
- Fixed weekend off (Saturday & Sunday)
