About the Role
As a Produktionsmitarbeiter:in Korkvorbereitung (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the preparation, processing, and provision of cork materials for further production steps. You will operate and monitor production machines, perform simple maintenance and cleaning tasks, and ensure that workflows on the production line function smoothly.

Qualifications
- Production activities: Experience in production support and work on production lines; ability to efficiently structure workflows and quickly adapt to new tasks.
- Machine operation: Confident handling of production and processing machines, including basic knowledge of operation, adjustment, and simple maintenance.
- Quality assurance: Knowledge of quality control, careful visual inspection of materials, and consistent adherence to standards and safety regulations.
- Adaptability: High willingness to learn, quick comprehension, and the ability to flexibly adapt to changing requirements and shift models.
- Further requirements: Ideally, completed vocational training in a technical or manufacturing field or comparable experience; physical resilience, reliability, teamwork, and basic IT skills for documenting production data.
The position is full-time, takes place exclusively on-site, and is located in Pune Camp.
