Role Overview
- This is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai.
- The role involves building and maintaining relationships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals.
- Purpose: To promote Organo Mart’s organic products and home-baked offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate product requirements with healthcare partners.
- Manage regular follow-ups.
- Ensure timely communication regarding orders, deliveries, and feedback.
- Visit healthcare facilities daily.
- Present product information.
- Support promotional activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address partner needs.
- Track partnership performance.
- Prepare basic reports.
- Support initiatives that strengthen Organo Mart’s presence in the healthcare sector.
Requirements & Skills
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic coordination and organizational skills.
- Customer service mindset.
- Comfort working on-site in Mumbai.
- Willingness to travel locally to partner locations.
- Basic reporting skills.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a high school diploma.
- A graduate degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with healthcare environments or prior experience in healthcare, pharma, or food services is an advantage.
