Customer Service Representative – International Voice Process (Banking Process)
📍 Location: Mumbai (Malad)
🕒 Shift: Rotational Shifts
📅 5 Days Working | 2 Rotational Week Offs
🚖 Cab Facility Available for Night Shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries and concerns via voice calls.
- Assist customers with banking-related information and services.
- Resolve customer issues effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Follow process guidelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
- Achieve individual and team performance targets.
- Provide a professional and positive customer experience.
Qualifications
- Graduates (Freshers can apply)
- HSC with a minimum of 6 months of experience
- Good communication skills
- Open and comfortable working in rotational shifts
Salary: 4 LPA for Graduates with Experience
